How to create an estimate through QuickBid?
QuickBid is a feature that lets you stay ahead of your competitors when it comes to offering estimates to your clients. No matter if you are on-site or off-site, this feature helps to create an estimate in a zap.
Know how you can create QuickBid estimates through:
Web App
- Open InvoiceOwl.com
- Click on the estimate tab on the left-hand side menu bar or the estimate tile
- Click on the “+New Estimate” for drop down
- Under the drop-down, click on “QuickBid Estimate”
- Add client details, work/job description, supplies/material description
- Add lump sum labor cost and supplies total
- Add taxes on “Supplies, Labor, or Both”
- Request deposit, add contract, photos, and attachments
- Save and share it with your client
Android
- Open InvoiceOwl App
- Click on the Estimate tile or click on the second tab
- Click on the “+” button
- Click on the “QuickBid Estimate” button
- Add Client, Work/Job description, and Supplies/Material description
- Add labor and supplies total
- Add taxes on supplies, labor, or both
- Request deposit, add contract, photos, and attachments
- Save and share it with your client
