How do I add a client to my estimate?

Create a new estimate or select a previously created one to edit it.

iOS/Android

  • Tap on Estimate
  • Open the already existing one or click on the “+” button
  • Under the Client section, click on “Add Client
  • Add an already added client or tap on the “+” button to add a new client
  • Tapping on “+” opens up a pop-up

You can either add a client from your Address Book or create a new client.

  • Tap on New Client
  • Add a name or tap on “My Clients” to add from Address Book
  • Fill in the required details such as Phone, Email, Company Name, Website, Business Details, Payment Terms, Tax Number, and Notes
  • Enable Business Address is same as Shipping Address if both are same
  • Click on Save

Web App

  • Click on Estimates
  • Click on “+ New Estimates”
  • Click on Add Client
  • Fill in the required details such as Phone, Email, Company Name, Website, Business Details, Payment Terms, Tax Number, and Notes
  • Enable Business Address is same as Shipping Address if both are same
  • Click on Save

That’s how you save the client and add the rest of the information in the estimate and save it.
