How to add terms & conditions to my estimate?

Your business might have some terms & conditions, which your customer needs to know. For adding terms & conditions, InvoiceOwl gives an empty tab.

Follow these steps to add T&C:

Web App

  • Tap on Estimate
  • Add details as required
  • Under the Items tab, you will find “Notes for Client
  • Below that, there will be an empty box wherein you can add your terms and conditions
  • Save your estimate and send it to your clients

iOS/Android

  • Create a new estimate by tapping on the “Estimate” or “+” button
  • Add details as required and keep scrolling until the “Notes for Client” tab
  • Tap on “Notes”
  • Either write or record whatever information you want to add for your client
  • Save it

This way, you would be able to add terms and conditions for your clients.
