How to add terms & conditions to my estimate?
Your business might have some terms & conditions, which your customer needs to know. For adding terms & conditions, InvoiceOwl gives an empty tab.
Follow these steps to add T&C:
Web App
- Tap on Estimate
- Add details as required
- Under the Items tab, you will find “Notes for Client”
- Below that, there will be an empty box wherein you can add your terms and conditions
- Save your estimate and send it to your clients
iOS/Android
- Create a new estimate by tapping on the “Estimate” or “+” button
- Add details as required and keep scrolling until the “Notes for Client” tab
- Tap on “Notes”
- Either write or record whatever information you want to add for your client
- Save it
This way, you would be able to add terms and conditions for your clients.
