How do I add a customer’s billing address?
A customer address is a crucial information to mention in any estimate or invoice. Firstly, it helps in shipping. Secondly, it helps during taxation time.
So, here is the process to add the customer’s address through
Web App
- Log in to the InvoiceOwl
- On the dashboard, click on Clients
- Click on Add Client
- Enter name, company name, email, and phone number
- Enable the button “Use billing address for shipping” to make both addresses the same
Note: If you do not wish to keep both addresses, then do not enable the button.
- Click on “+Add Billing Address”
- Enter the details and save it

iOS/Android
- Open InvoiceOwl app
- Click on clients
- Click on the “+” button
- Click on “Create New Client”
- Enter name, company name, email, and phone number
- Under Business Details, Click on Billing Address
- Enter billing or shipping address manually
- Save it
Note: If you do not wish to keep both addresses, then do not enable the button.
