How to record a payment in an invoice?

InvoiceOwl is providing the facility to record a payment in the invoice using the following steps: 

  • Tap on the Payment center button at bottom of the screen in the invoice.
  • Click on Record a Payment option in the popup window.
  • You can insert payment details such as Amount, Date, Payment Method, and Note.
  • You can turn ON or OFF Send a receipt option to send the invoice.
  • Tap on Preview Receipt to get a preview of receipt in a registered email.
  • Click on Record top right corner label to record a payment.
