How do I add an Item to my credit memo?

Adding a line item in the client memo is very intuitive. Here are the ways you can do it.


  • Tap the Add Line Item column and select the item from the list of previously saved items.
  • Feed in the required quantity, rate, and tax, for the particular client memo
  • Hit the Save button.

That’s it. You have successfully added a line item to your client memo.

Add a new line item

  • Tap on the “+” button at the bottom of the screen. 
  • Feed all the item details
  • Tap on the Save button.

This will save the item and add to the client memo you are creating as well.

Web App

  • Click on the “Item List” in the item section of the edit credit memo screen.
  • Select the item you need to add and all the details will be added automatically
  • Feed the required quantity and the total amount will automatically

Add a new line item

  • Click on the “+ Add Line Items” to ring up an empty column for the line item
  • Enter the item name, description, quantity, rate, and tax
  • The total amount will automatically be calculated

That’s how you would be able to add a line item to your credit memo.
