How to add or change the logo in InvoiceOwl?

It is essential to have your brand’s logo in your documents. Add the logo to your document and it will be visible in the header section.

Web App

  • Tap on Settings
  • Under Company Information, tap on add logo
  • You will have two options: upload or select from predefined
  • Under the upload section, you will be able to add from your system
  • Once selected, save it


  • Tap on Settings
  • Under the company, tap on company information
  • Tap on add logo

That’s how you would be able to add a logo. 

Now, if you change your brand logo after some time, then all your new documents will have the updated logo. But what about the old documents? Will that be updated with the new logo?

When you sign up, the feature is enabled, which is why as and when you change the logo from settings, all your previously created documents get updated with the new logo. It doesn’t mean the document that your customer has, is also updated. For that, you have to resend it with the updated logo.

If you want to disable the feature, here you go:

Settings > Customize Invoice Option > General > Reflect Design Changes to Old Documents
